SERVICE UNIT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Stage 4: Focus on Submission & Discipline

Compelling obedience

MALE UNIT IS THINKING

Obedience is now the default behaviour. The subject has assimilated that this is what it does, that is what it is. It values the identity of service unit and is consciously striving to raise its performance. It has an awareness of the cumulative value of small daily improvements and uses its focus for the benefit and pleasure of the superiors in control.

MALE UNIT IS FEELING

The unit is relaxed and comfortable. It has accepted its place in the hierarchical environment, understands that's how it must be and wants to work to fulfil its potential. It appreciates the authority of superior men and feels honoured that it has been selected for service. It takes pride in its performance and is keen for others to see how well it has been trained.

MALE UNIT IS DOING

The subject understands it is now part of its Controller's command, where the two are working together towards a common goal. The training units are milestones and the male unit is measuring its performance in each for a sense of achievement. It is occasionally 'used' for symbolic tasks (carrying equipment, standing as sentry, presenting body for inspection, etc.)

These tasks reinforce the concept of functional identity: I am not here to choose; I am here to be used. It is able to state its obligation of service with confidence and the constant reinforcement has given it the internal resources to get through any shyness or nerves.
