exercise i
Embracing your identity

Use this simple but powerful exercise to train your subconscious mind to embrace your identity as a service unit, livestock that is controlled and used by men who are stronger and more powerful, men who understand male hierarchy, men who know that you exist to be harnessed and put to work because it's part of the natural order of things...

You know that you can only feel fulfilled when your thoughts and actions line up with who you know you are, deep inside. Take this opportunity to explore how it could feel and how it could look when everything lines up perfectly.

Read through all the steps first, before you do the exercise.

1. Stop for a few moments and imagine watching a movie of the real you, maybe chained, maybe collared, maybe naked... Certainly, it's clear to all from your appearance that your place in the male hierarchy is to serve and obey.
2. Watch the controlled you doing the things that you do in your daily life, but knowing that you are constantly under supervision. Imagine that you fully understand that your duty is to obey and serve; imagine how your physical presence shows proper deference to your betters; imagine how you perform your duties quickly and easily because they resonate with your inner need to obey and serve.

How does that other you talk to themselves?

What kind of voice tone do they use to themselves and to others?

How do they carry themselves?

How so they move?
3. If the movie is not quite how you want things to be, make the adjustments that will make you feel great. Give your imagination as much scope as it wants in order for you to feel fulfilled and fully engaged.
4. When you are satisfied with the other you, just step into your new identity. As you do so, observe how you view life differently from this perspective, how you see others, how you behave, how you think... Assimilate all of these into your psyche and feel how good it feels as you do so.
5. Play the movie and imagine yourself in daily situations where men need to be served and view them from your new perspective. Think through what it's like to have this new perspective and what it will help you become. How are things going to be better now?
